Heat Reflective Coatings:

Nexgen’s CLITHERM is a liquid-based single component that contains Cross-linking polymers, Special Glass Microfibers, pigments, and an advanced antifungal additive that provides a long-lasting tough waterproofing membrane.

It protects against ultraviolet rays and is weather-resistant for all types of exposed roof slabs(new and old), terraces(sloped and flat), etc. The low thermal conductivity of the membrane combines the benefits of waterproofing as well as heat reduction in a single product.

Protective Coatings for Concrete:

Repairing Compounds are ready to use and require only the adding of water before plugging and sealing cracks. It can also be used to form ramps, cover falls, and coves, patching around fittings/pipework and filling cracks and gaps.

Road Marking Paint:

Road Marking Paint is a solvent-based primer, designed for priming of the concrete surface for the application of thermoplastic road marking paints and other coating materials. It is easy to apply and facilitates bonding on concrete surfaces. They act as bond breakers and forms a surface that eliminates voids, defects, build-up of concrete and mortar and results in clean-finished exposed concrete.

Self Leveling Compounds:

Self-Leveling Compound is a rapid setting and hardening, slump-free mortar which is ideal for external or internal repairs. The mortar sets and hardens almost immediately to give the repair strength and hardness. Ideally, it can be used to repair internal concrete, screeds, renders, and concrete steps.

Tiling Products:

Tiling Products are made of cement and special organic ingredients to solve the problems of conventional material. It is designed to create strong and long-lasting tile joints. It is easy to apply and can be used in submerged conditions. It can be used as a bond coat for setting absorptive, semi-vitreous, and vitreous ceramic tiles in residential and commercial sites for both floor and wall installations. They have high bond strength and are ideal for vertical/ horizontal applications of granite, marble, etc.

Wall Finishes:

Wall Coatings not only protect against moisture and aggressive substances, such as acidic gases, but they need to be compatible with the physical requirements of the building. Polyurethane-based coatings offer interesting advantages for both interior and exterior wall coatings.
